Sidharth Tripathy, 34 has been the founder of Brandgain Asia (www.brandgain.com), Asia's first Sales & Marketing Process Outsourcing (SMPO) Company that has presence through 10 offices across Asia, India and Europe . Sidharth Tripathy, is well known for his strategic marketing acumen and end-to-end process orientation. He has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial leadership abilities while working with some of the world's largest brands like Fresenius, GE and FedEx across a multitude of vertical industries such as healthcare, consumer goods, financial services, logistics, media, e-learning and consulting.

Sidharth Tripathy is an expert in vertical marketing and has consistently and successfully demonstrated that the principles of marketing are same across industry segments and the effective and insightful application can lead to getting radical results irrespective of the vertical uniqueness of any industry.

Prior to founding the pioneering SMPO template of Brandgain along with a consortium of European, American and Singaporean investors he has been a lead consultant helping Singaporean ventures to internationalize across the globe.

Sidharth Tripathy has many firsts to his credit, such as creating the first consumer finance brand for the consumer durable industry in India and leading an e-commerce task force to create India 's first logistics backbone for cross border e-commerce that helped provide a launch pad to the e-commerce business of www.rediff.com.

While studying for his degree in Electronics Engineering, Sidharth was involved with the Aeronautical Development Establishment of India and he has received a prestigious award from the Ministry of Defense, Govt. of India for developing a Single Board Controller for an unmanned Light Combat Aircraft (LCA).

Sidharth has done his MBA in Marketing & Manufacturing Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management in Mumbai and an Electronics Engineer from the University of Bangalore . He is a trained Quality Assessor in ISO and a Black Belt in Six Sigma Implementation. Sidharth is a practicing management educator, poet, painter, sculptor and is multilingual with fluency in 11 languages.
