The following hotels will make rooms available on a first-come basis and honor the Conference Rates listed below. However, we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure availability. We recommend the Park Hyatt Philadelphia - the venue of the conference. If you chose to stay at another hotel, we have given their distance from the Park Hyatt and the standard price for cabs is as follows: $2.30 from the time the meter is turned on the first 1/6th of a mile, $0.30 per 1/6 of a mile thereafter, and $0.20 per minute of waiting time. In addition, WIEF organizers will be glad to help with reservations once you choose your venue of lodging.
