The interactive format will simulate a typical consulting engagement and will allow attendees to actively participate in the development of solution.

BANKING EUROPE: DEAL AND CLIENT  DYNAMICS IN EUROPE

After several years of worldwide economic slowdown and high market uncertainty, confidence in the European economy is slowly returning, leading to an upward trend in the stock markets and increased M&A activity. In response, major investment banks are considerably expanding their recruiting efforts.

Each workshop will focus on the dynamics of a specific European-focused transaction in which either Deutsche Bank or Goldman Sachs has recently participated. The workshops are intended to provide participants with a better understanding of how the various product and industry groups work together on transactions in order to provide the best possible client service. Both banks will present their operating model, functions and lessons learned given their roles with Q&A to follow.
