Mr. Foley holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics (Haverford College), an MBA in Finance (Wharton School), and a Juris Doctor Degree (University of Pennsylvania). He has advised individuals and corporations and has experience in international trade, economic development, human resource management consulting, and personal financial planning. Mr. Foley is a member of the bars of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
