Sulaksh is the first employee
of APFIRST. He is working with the agency as manager marketing
since July 2002. APFIRST is the nodal agency set up by the
state government to make Andhra Pradesh, India a preferred
destination for investments. Started with a focus to promote
the state in ITES/BPO sector, the agency is soon expanding
into eight new verticals.
Sulaksh has a diverse
experience of working with both the old and new economy
companies. He has worked with Tata Power Ltd. (TPL) in Mumbai,
one of India's largest private power utility company and with
Planetasia Ltd., a leading internet professional services
company in Bangalore.
He has a B.Tech in Electrical
Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT),
Kharagpur and is from the founding batch of Indian School of
Business (ISB), Hyderabad from where is he did his Post
Graduate Programme in Management.
Sulaksh is an avid sportsman
and has represented at state level Basketball championship.
