Laura Bures is Projects Officer with the Global Business School Network at the International Finance Corporation in Washington, DC. The Global Business School Network was formed to assist in building the capacity of business schools in emerging markets to train local managers. Prior to joining IFC, Ms. Bures was a Research Associate at Harvard Business School, where she authored a number of case studies and contributed research for several books. She has also held research positions at the World Bank, the Carnegie Corporation of New York, and the American Enterprise Institute. She holds a Master in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
