Victor Gbolade Osibodu has developed a formidable cutting-edge business leadership profile with over twenty-five years of management and leadership experience, eighteen of which have been as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vigeo Holdings Limited.

Victor is today highly involved in corporate strategy and business development activities for the various business divisions under the holding company spanning Oil & Gas, Power, Marketing, Hospitality and Investments.

Victor is an acknowledged entrepreneur, an acute investor, a keen business strategist, and a quiet philanthropist. He is also an uplifter of the socio-economic environment within his area of influence. He sits on the Boards of several companies including banks, insurance, manufacturing, service and non-profit organizations.   He is also the chairman of Special Olympics Nigeria.

He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the Lagos Business School. He has attended various Management Programmes including:

• Institute of Human Resources Development, Boston USA 1995

• Harvard Business School, Owner/President Managed Programme, Boston USA (2000)

Victor has been nominated by notable Nigerian Publications at different times as one of Nigeria’s acknowledged Entrepreneurs, and illustrious Achievers. He won awards for excellent service from his Alma mater, Government College, Ibadan in 1992 and the Lagos Business School in 1995. In 2002, he was decorated with a national merit award of the Member of the Federal Republic by His Excellency, President Olusegun Obasanjo.

BUSINESS INTERESTS

As Founder/CEO, Victor is involved in the management of Vigeo Holdings Limited, a multi-disciplinary enterprise providing service to the Nigerian economy.

Vigeo Limited commenced operations in 1985 as a marketing support services company. Known for quality and its zeal for growth, today the company has grown into five divisions – Marketing, Oil & Gas, Power, Telecommunications and Investments. Each division is semi-autonomous and well positioned in its market to offer creative and ingenious services to the different sectors.

The Oil & Gas Division provides integrated support services for the industry both in the upstream and downstream. These include safety & environmental services, project management and Quality assurance support, Marine and Rig services for the deep offshore exploration and development activities.

The Company has a nationwide network, operating from four regional offices in Nigeria. These are located in Lagos (Head Office), Abuja, Port Harcourt, Eket and Warri.

Victor is married to an accomplished banker and the marriage is blessed with three sons.
